Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request to ensure it meets food safety guidelines and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the unopened, non-perishable items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Processing & Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
